Hrodna rescuers arrive to extinguish fire without water
A fire started in one of the houses situated in Haniyonkskaya Street in Hrodna on the afternoon of July 22. Firemen arrived quite quickly. However, "Hrodna Blog" reports that they started putting out the fire 15 or 20 minutes later. They did not have any water.
The fire-engine without water was probably meant to use fire-plugs but they were not available in Haniyonkskaya Street.
