Independent observer sent away from election centre in Homel
An independent observer Uladzimir Anfilau has been sent away from election centre #22 in Homel Central District, informs BelaPAN.
According to one of the coordinators of the civil campaign “For Fair Election” Vasil Palyakou, the observer was sent away for taking a picture of the seal on the early voting ballot-box. According to Palyakpou, the head of the election committee, pro-rector of Homel State Francysk Skaryna University Syarhei Hanenya, told the observer that it was not allowed to take pictures without the district committee’s permission.
Anfilau is going to appeal his removal.
