India negotiates to buy 20% of Belkali shares
Director of Indian Center on development of "green" technologies and administration Sukumaran Nair has informed this.
He made the statement at the VI international conference "Mineral Fertilizers" in Moscow, informs Prime news agency. Nair said he got the information from "the companies involved in negotiations".
According to him, 20% of Belkali shares was only the start for the talks. "As far as I understand, this is what the Belarusian side can do," India's representative added.
Euroradio reminds, in autumn 2012 Alyaksandr Lukashenka informed that Belarus allegedly held talks on selling a stock of shares with 5 companies, from India, China, the Arab countries. At that moment, according to the Belarusian leader, the price for Belkali was about $ 33-36 billion.
It seems that the Indian businessmen are not alerted about the scandalous detention of Uralkali CEO Vladislav Baumgertner.
