Kiev, Moscow and OSCE agree to settle conflict in East Ukraine

Ukrainian, Russian and OSCE representatives reached an agreement on the key stages of the Ukrainian President’s plan of peaceful settlement of the conflict in the east of the country, interfax.by reports referring to Kiev sources.

Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko, Ukrainian Ambassador to Germany Pavel Klimkin, special representative of the OSCE Secretary General Heidi Tagliavini and Russian Ambassador to Ukraine Mikhail Zubarev took part in the meeting.

The discussed measures should help deescalate the situation in Donetsk and Lugansk Oblasts of Ukraine. The participants of the trilateral meeting agreed to take part in more meetings in the same format.
