Law on Belarusian spelling and punctuation passed in parliament
Members of the House of Representatives today passed in the first reading the Law on the Belarusian Spelling and Punctuation Rules. Under the new rules, the names of government agencies, organizations, enterprises as well as the posts and titles should be written with a capital first letter, reports Interfax.
For example, the words like "president", "prime minister", "constitutional court" will be written with a capital first letter.
