Lawyers appeal against Baumgertner's arrest
Lawyers of Uralkali CEO appealed against the decision of the Partizan district court of Minsk.
This has been informed by Interfax-West with a reference to lawyer Dzmitry Harachka. According to him, the appeal will be considered by Minsk city court.
The lawyer has also informed that he met with Baumgertner in the KGB detention center on Monday. The arrestee has no complaints against the prison administration.
Besides, the court rejected the lawyers' appeal on September 6. They appealed to release Baumgertner, arrested back on August 26.
