Leader of entrepreneurs Anatol Shumchanka detained in Minsk
Anatol Shumchanka, the leader of the Perspektyva public association, has been detained by police shortly after the unauthorized rally of entrepreneurs ended on Independence Square in Minsk.
Shumchanka told Belapan that he was being taken to the Maskouski District Police Department. Over 3000 people took part in today's protest action against president's decree No 760.
