Leaders of Belarusian diasporas to meet in Riga today
Representatives of the Belarusian diasporas from Russia, Latvia, Lithuania, Ukraine, Estonia and Moldova will be present at the meeting.
The leaders of the Belarusian diasporas from Russia, Latvia, Lithuania, Ukraine, Estonia and Moldova will meet in Riga on March 12. The round-table discussion “Belarus – integral part of Europe. Consolidation of Belarusians abroad. ” has been initiated there by the leaders of the Russian and Latvian civil associations of Belarusians, the press service of the Belarusian Embassy to Russia has informed BelTA about it.
The state of current EU-Belarus relations, prospects of resuming the constructive dialogue with the EU structures and the role of the Belarusian diaspora in the process will be discussed at the meeting.
