Lieutenant colonel from Ministry of Justice who bough overpriced neckties is arrested

A lieutenant colonel from the Ministry of Justice who has been lobbying the interests of a commercial company and bought overpriced neckties has been arrested. He used to head the department of orders and supplies. Military intelligence got interested in the lieutenant colonel after they got to know about a strange incident of purchase of officers’ neckties. The Ministry lost about 40 million rubles as a result of overpricing.

A criminal case has been started. The officer may be sentenced to 12 years of imprisonment, reports “Ezhednevnik”.
