Lithuania's MFA passes an invitation which Lukashenka can use

The summit will take place in Vilnius on November 28-29. Vice-Minister for Foreign Affairs of Lithuania Andrus Krivas passed the invitations to the heads of the diplomatic missions today, informs Delfi.

It is unknown yet whether Alyaksandr Lukashenka, who is in the EU's  "black list", will be able to attend the summit. The document does not contain his name as the invitations were given to the states, not to the persons. BELTA adds that Belarusian Ambassador for Lithuania Uladzimir Drazhyn received the invitation on behalf of our country.

The invitation is signed by Lithuania's President Dalia Grybauskaitė, President of the European Union Herman Van Rompuy and President of the European Commission José Manuel Barroso.

What prevents Lukashenka from inviting himself to Vilnius summit?
