Lukashenka arrives at OSCE summit in Astana

The Belarusian leader Alyaksandr Lukashenka is paying a working visit to Kazakhstan in order to take part in the OSCE summit that will take place in Astana on December 1 and 2, reports BelTA. Lukashenka is planning to make a speech at a plenary meeting of the summit. Belarus is a full OSCE member since January 30, 1992.
