Lukashenka doesn't notice crisis in Belarus

Belarus leader Alexander Lukashenka has pointed to several negative tendencies in the economic development of Belarus. Industrial production has continued to slow down, and the warehouses of the leading enterprises are filled with the unsold stock, he said. Addressing a meeting with government officials on the current social and economic development of the c ountry, Lukashenka also noted a slowdown in the foreign trade sector and a lack of investments.

"I have not noticed yet that the country is living in the saving mode in the conditions of the crisis", Lukashenka is quoted as saying by the Interfax news agency.
