Lukashenka gathers Russian journalists at his press conference
Alyaksandr Lukashenka will organize a press conference for Russian journalists on October 1. The head of the state-leader’s press service Pavel Lyohki has informed BelaPAN about it. According to him, there are more than 100 Russian journalists in Minsk now. They represent editions from about 60 Russian provinces. Others represent Russian federal mass media and still others – the mass media of the Union State of Russia and Belarus.
Journalists arrived in Belarus on September 28 and have already managed to visit an air base in Machulishchy, to get acquainted with an agricultural enterprise in Minsk Province and to visit historical objects in Nyasvizh.
Lyohki has claimed that this is the biggest “landing” of Russian journalists in Belarus throughout the 8-year history of such press-tours.
