Management Academy flatly refuses to accept Yuras Aleinik
A talk of the sides preceding the trial according to the appeal of Yuras Aleinik against the administration of Management Academy of the President of the Republic of Belarus has taken place in Kastrychnitski District Court of Minsk today.
Let us remind you that an A-student Yuras Aleinik was excluded from the educational institution for his civil activities. At the moment he is trying to annul the illegal decision with the help of the law. Yuras Aleinik informed ERB that a representative of the Academy had flatly refused to let Yuras return to his studies in court.
Aleinіk: “The judge asked whether the position of both sides had changed and whether they were ready to solve the case peacefully. The lawyer of the academy said that there wouldn’t be any peaceful solution to the problem and that they were getting ready for the trial”.
The judge demanded that the representative of the academy presented additional documents. The hearing will continue on Monday at 9 a.m. The trial itself will start at the beginning or in the middle of July.
