Member of election commission in Vilejka finds violations in Aliaksandr Lukashenka's signatures
This was informed to Euroradio by the head of the UCP Minsk regional branch Uladzimir Maliarchuk. He was supposed to examine the signatures of Aliaksandr Lukashenka as a member of the election commission and found violations. To Maliarchuk's opinion, signatures of Lukashenka's nomination group are invalid. Probably, the signatures were collected by unauthorised persons. Maliarchuk: “I received "the best" signatures, as each separate sheet was from a different person. However, there were two sheets of one and the same person accidentally, and another two sheets of another person. I noticed that those two signature sheets had been signed by different people: different signatures, handwritings. The same thing with another signature sheet”.
Maliarchuk will submit the signature sheets to the commission on November 5. He intends to claim the signatures of Aliaksandr Lukashenka's nomination group are invalid. The UCP member wants to talk to a lawyer in order to decide where to direct his complaint.
