Milinkevich’s movement to remain without registration, Supreme Court supports Ministry of Justice

The Supreme Court has not satisfied the appeal of the initiators of creation of the movement “For Freedom” concerning the refusal of the Ministry of Justice to register the organization. The court decided that the complaint of the Ministry of Justice about the coordination meeting of the movement was justified, in particular, they agreed that it was held as a mass action.

It was unauthorized by the local authorities so the court decided that the organizers violated the law on mass actions. In their turn, representatives of the movement leaded by Alyaksandr Milinkevich think that they did everything according to the law. 
  
Let us remind you that the Ministry of Justice has already refused to register the movement “For Freedom” twice - in July and in October.
