Minsk economic court takes time liquidating Nyaklyayeu’s organization
Minsk economic court has satisfied the application to demand the founding documents of “”Movement Forward”. They were confiscated during a search in the association’s office on May 18.
A representative of the organization, lawyer Raisa Mihailauskaya, has informed BelaPAN that a preliminary hearing took place on June 10. Minsk City Executive Committee has lodged an appeal: it wants to deprive the organization “Movement Forward” conducting the campaign “Tell the Truth!” of state registration.
The court took the fact that “Movement Forward” cold not present its founding documents into consideration – they were either in the sealed office or in the police office of Minsk Lenin District. According to Mihailauskaya, the court will have to demand the documents from investigators who conducted the search.
The date of the next hearing has not been appointed yet.
