Minsk owes $400mn for Russian gas

Belarus has indebted around $400 million for the Russian gas supplied to this country, Belarus's first vice prime minister Uladzimir Siamashka said in a statement. Under the deal with Russia's gas monopoly Gazprom, Belarus must have this money paid by July 23, 2007, reports Belapan.
