Minsk pensioner tames stock of pigeons (video)
A former military man helps birds in Minsk Pryvakzalnaya Square. Pigeons do not fear him and take food from his hands.
You can often see something like this in Milan but it is hard to even imagine it in Minsk! There are dozens of birds near the 85-year-old pensioner and they do not fear him or Euroradio reporters!
Yauhen Aleksandravich is a career officer; he fought all over the world and survived clinical death after a wound 50 years ago. He has lived at the crossroads of Svuardlou and Kirau Streets for 20 years in Minsk and he feeds birds there.
