Minsk tax payers contribute 40% to nation's budget

Over 38 percent of national budget's revenues have been contributed by Minsk-based tax payers in the first half of 2007, the press office of the Belarus's Revenue Authority said in a statement.
Over Br4.5 trillion has been wired to the capital's budget, 102 percent against the target.

Three giants -- Beltransgaz, Lukoil-Belarus and Minsk Kristal -- have accounted for the fifth part of the consolidated budget, according to Belapan.
