National flag hoisted in Minsk to express solidarity with Kavalenka (photo)

Minsk activists of a civil association “Young Belarus” have hoisted a white-red-white flag in Victory Square to express solidarity with Syarhei Kavalenka. The website of the United Democratic Forces has informed about it. Let us remind you that a criminal case for hooliganism was started against a Vitsebsk activist of the Christian Democratic Party BNF Syarhei Kavalenka. The reason for it was the fact that he hoisted a white-red-white flag on the main Christmas Tree of the city on January 7. Kavalenka may be imprisoned for up to 6 years.
