National mourning announced in Brest Province on November 3 and 4
The order has been signed by the head of the Regional Executive Committee Kanstantsin Sumar. National Belarusian fags and flags of administrative and territorial units will be lowered to half-mast on the days of mourning, reports the STV. Regional cultural institutions and broadcasting companies will cancel entertainment events and programmes on November 3 and 4.
