Nigerian kidnappers reiterate $1.2 mn demand for Belarus hostage
The Nigerian militants who abducted Iryna Ekpo-Uma, a Belarus citizen, contacted again the central office of the British company Compass Group, where Iryna is employed, Belarus Ambassador to UK Aliaksandr Mikhnievich said in a statement.
He said the kidnappers again demanded for $1.2 million ranson for the release of the Belarusian woman. The details of the negotitions are not revealed, Mikhnievich said.
