Nyaklyayeu to pronounce his All-Belarusian Congress speech for passers-by

Uladzimir Nyaklyayeu’s team is planning to conduct an action dated for the All Belarusian Congress in Railway Square of Minsk on December 6. Every presidential candidate will make the speech they prepared for the congress there.
The press secretary of a presidential candidate Uladzimir Nyaklyayeu Yuliya Rymasheuskaya has informed Euroradio about it. According to her, the event is connected with the fact that Nyaklyayeu was not allowed to become a candidate for participation in the All-Belarusian Congress. Rymasheuskaya reminds that 27 thousand signatures were collected in Nyaklyayeu’s support:

Rymasheuskaya: "We have decided to organize a party of forbidden words and forbidden songs at 6 p.m. on December 6. Nyaklyayeu’s forbidden speech he was not allowed to make at the All-Belarusian Congress will be the zest of the event. Musicians and literary men who know what the absence of the freedom of speech means and were affected by censorship in this or that way will also perform there”.

Rymasheuskaya says that the format of the event may be changed due to bad weather.
