Observer’s photo: Ballot box seal damaged

OSCE election observer Tomasz Bladyniec has uploaded the photos of a ballot box with a damaged seal on Facebook. The difference between the seal photographed on the eve of the elections and on the Election Day is obvious even with the naked eye.

“The biggest tension was at students’ polling stations. I photographed a ballot box at polling station #207 in Lenin Street on Saturday evening and on Sunday morning. You can make conclusions yourself. The head of the election committee strictly asked me if I was watching or investigating,” the observer wrote.
