ODIHR and OSCE PA to visit Belarus
The ODIHR and OSCE PA delegation will visit Belarus on December 19. The visit will last for four days. The final report on observation of the Belarusian parliamentary election 2016 is expected to be officially presented during the visit.
The guests will be interested in our authorities’ plans to improve the Election Code. The issue will be discussed at a meeting in the Central Election Commission on December 20. The suggestions made by the OSCE will be considered and reported to Alyaksandr Lukashenka who will decide which of them should be added to the project of the Election Code changes, CEC chairperson Lidziya Yarmoshyna said the other day.
