Over 10,000 signatures gathered to defend freedom of consciosness
Over 10,000 signatures have been collected across Belarus to defend the freedom of consciousness. The action is taking place in 30 towns of this country.
It is organized by the Campaign for the defense of the freedom of consciousness that unites representatives of civil and religious groups.
Several dozens thousand signatures are planned to be gathered under the appeal to the Constitutional Court and other government agencies to demand revision of the Law on Freedom of Consciousness and Religious Organizations, reports Charter'97.
