Over 15000 confirmed 'swine flu' cases across world
The number of A/H1N1 cases in the world, confirmed by lab tests, has reached 15510, WHO said in a statement Friday. The virus was detected in 53 countries. The death toll has climbed up to 99.
The number of those infected has increased by 2000 over the past two days, with most of the cases reported in the United States, Mexico, Canada, Japan, UK, Chile, Australia, Panama and Spain.
