Fresh reshuffles in Belarus' defense community
Vladimir Sulimau has been dismissed from the post of First Deputy Chairman of the State Military-Industrial Committee of Belarus.
He will be seconded to the Ministry of Defence and dismissed from military service to the reserve according to age. The corresponding decree was signed by President Aliaksandr Lukashenka on August 4.
Igar Bykau who previously served as deputy, has been appointed First Deputy Chairman of the Military-Industrial Committee.
Major General Igar Laurynenka was relieved of the post of Deputy Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces of Belarus. According to the decree of the Head of State, he was enrolled in the Ministry of Defense, the press service of Aliaksandr Lukashenka.
