Putin: Russia to expedite loan second installment wire

Russian PM Vladimir Putin says Belarus and Russia have reached a deal over the second installment of the $2-billion Russian loan during the meeting of the prime ministers from the two countries. Interfax news agency reminds that Belarus has already recieved $1 billion in the first installment.
