“The Red Cross” organizes party for handicapped in Vitsebsk restaurant

Vitsebsk affiliate of “The Red Cross” organized a charitable party for young wheelchair invalids. Guys and girls drove along Lenin Street with the help of volunteer students, visited the zoo and Mark Chagall Museum and had dinner in the “Golden Lion” restaurant. Everything was free. 15 handicapped youths took part in the programme.
