The removal of the economic blockade of Donets Basin and the way of paying pensions and wages will be disused at the meeting, ‘PM’ of the so-called ‘Lugansk People’s Republic’ Gennadiy Tsypkalov claimed earlier. The removal of heavy artillery from Donets Basin by both sides of the conflict is also an important topic on the agenda.
