About 20 election observers detained in Minsk
The founders of electby.org wanted to discuss the election results in Vilnius on September 25.
Policemen detained members of the project "Election Observation: Theory and Practice", unofficial sources report. The detained are being delivered to Minsk Central District Department of the Interior. Ales Zayats is among the detained. Nasta Matchanka, Karyna Bobryk and Ales Herasimenka are also said to be among the detained.
