Anastasia Palazhanka does not admit guilt under new accusation
The youth activist has not started studying the case materials yet.
The Vice-Chairperson of the international youth organization "Young Front" (Czech Republic) Anastasia Palazhanka does not admit guilt under the new accusation.
Palazhanka has informed to BelaPAN, that she was summoned to KGB on March 30, where they informed that a criminal case against her had been requalified. Palazhanka used to be accused under Article 293 of the Criminal Code (mass disturbances), but this accusation was withdrawn and the new one presented - under Article 342 of the Criminal Code (organization and preparation of actions which led to severe violation of public order, or active participation thereof).
"I did not admit guilt under the new article either. I refused to give testimony. I only said that I really was in the Independence Square on December 19, 2010, but I don't think this is a crime and that I am guilty in anything", — Palazhanka has said.
