BATE have one step to take to get to Champions' League group stage

Let us remind you, Barysau players won 2:0 in the first leg which took place in Minsk. The winner of the pair will play in the group stage of the main continental tournament.

According to the information provided by the BATE press-center, the flight from Belarus to the national airport Ben Gurion took more than 3 hours. The hotel "David Intercontinental", where the Belarusians stay in, is located on the shore of the Mediterranean Sea. The air temperature is +30 C.

FC BATE Barysau Head Coach Viktar Hancharenka and forward Vital Radzivonau held a pre-match press conference on Monday. The local journalists asked Hancharenka what was his opinion about Hapoel and whether he would make any amendments in the squad. The Belarusians were surprised at such questions and replied "They say a lot that there might be a war between Israel and Iran. Have you heard about it? Our main task is to focus on tomorrow's game", - Victar Hancharenka said. 

The full name of the Israeli club is Hapoel Kiryat Shmona FC (the working city [club] of Kiryat Shmona). It was founded in 2000 by a merger of two city teams "Hapoel" and "Maccabi". The team plays in the Israel Championship National League. The best achievement - the first place in the championship season  2011/2012. In this year’s Champions' League qualification "Hapoel" defeated Slovakian "Zilina" 2:0, 0:1 and "Neftchi" from Baku 4:0, 2:2.
