Bomb on Minsk-Vilnius bus was a parcel?
New details of the incident at the bus terminal in the Lithuanian capital.
According to the initial reports by delfi.lt, the bag containing a contemporary anti-tank mine was found by the bus driver in the baggage compartment after no one turned out to collect the bag. However, latest reports suggest that the driver was asked to pass this bag to an unidentified young man who was expected to collect it at the destination.
The driver decided first to check what was inside the bag, found the mine and called the police. The young man who arrived to collect the "parcel" indeed ran away. According to the Lithuanian police, the young man is a Belarus national approximately 25 years old.
