CIS member states to sign Agreement on free trade zone
The Agreement on the CIS free trade zone will be signed at a meeting of CIS Prime Ministers in Minsk on May 19.
The senior deputy chairperson of the executive committee (of CIS Executive Secretary Vladimir Garkun) has informed about it today, on April 21.
Garkun has reminded that the document was elaborated and sent to the CIS Executive Committee at the end of 2008. Its provisions are aimed at improving the existing trade systems. Garkun has stressed: “Of course, the document required a serious approach and thorough analysis because it had been drawn up by 11 states”.
