Communal services not to evict BPF from office
The communal services will go to court and make the party pay all the expenses but nobody will use force to evict the politicians.
The lease contact of the BPF Party and Soviet District communal services has ended today - on April 1, 2011. However, party members are not going to leave the office. The head of the housing and communal services department has informed Euroradio that the party will be evicted in court.
Director: "If the organization refuses to leave the office according to the rules… We need the office and we warned them about it. If they do not leave of their own accord we will sue them. The court will make a decision and we will obey”.
At the same time, he said that the Office will not be evicted until the judge makes a decision.
Director: “We will simply add all the expenses to their rent. Everything should be paid for”.
Let us remind you that the BPF Party lodged a complaint to Minsk City Economic Court on March 28 but the date of the hearing has not been appointed so far.
