Eastern Belarus no longer covered by Velcom mobile operator?
According to non-official information, Velcom network is off in Homel, Mahileu and partly Minsk region.
Euroradio's listeners and social network users inform this. Euroradio journalists have tried to call Velcom service numbers in order to find out the reason for the disorder but in vain - the lines are constantly busy.
