Ex-political prisoner Syarhei Kavalenka to be controlled by police
He has been informed this Monday that he will be registered in the police until the cancellation of conviction.
Meanwhile, policemen asked Kavalenka whether he had tattoos, Radio Liberty reports.
Syarhei Kavalenka was pardoned by the state leader and released from Mahilyou colony on September 26. He had been imprisoned since December 2011. Kavalenka was imprisoned for 25 months in February for having hoisted a white-red-white flag on Vitebsk's main New Year's Tree.
