Horki Court unaware of the detained
The cases of the activists detained during a picket in support of Zmitser Dashkevich in Horki have not been sent for trial.
It is not clear where the 14 detained people are now. There is no information about the court the hearing will take place in either.
"Nothing has been sent for trial. I cannot comment on anything”, - said the head of Horki Court, Alyaksandr Zaitsau, to Euroradio.
Euroradio: So, does it mean that not a single case has been sent for trial since yesterday?
Zaitsau: It does. And I cannot explain anything to you.
Mahilyou Province Court is not aware of the people detained in Horki either – it has advised that we should better contact Horki police.
Mahilyou Court: "You are the first person to have told us about it. We do not know anything. You should phone Horki Department of the Interior and they will explain to which court the case has been sent. I have also phoned there, and I have received a phone call from KGB – there are no case papers in Horki. So you should better phone the District Department of the Interior and they will explain it to you”.
However, representatives of the administration are not answering the phone in Horki District Department of the Interior.
