Journalist Ihar Bantsar stands trial for bad swearing in away court

Away court will judge the journalist Ihar Bantsar from Hrodna. Hearing of the case will take place at the premises of the Lenin district department of internal affairs, criminal subdivision. Bantsar is accused of petty hooliganism - bad swearing in a public place. The journalist's wife Angelica Orechwo has informed this to Euroradio:
“I am standing near the building where the trial is supposed to take place. Nothing has strated so far. This is not a court, but the Lenin district department of internal affairs, criminal subdivision. He was interrogated there yesterday, and an away court trial should take place there as well. Yesterday they informed me that he was accused of petty hooliganism, that he swore”.
The judge of the Lenin district court of Hrodna Stasiukevich will consider Ihar Bantsar's case, the lawyer Uladzimir Kisialevich will defend him.
