Kanavalau confesses in having conducted blast in metro
Dzmitry Kanavalau also confessed that he had conducted the blast in Minsk at night on July 3-4, 2008.
Apart from that, he confessed in illegal use of explosives. He declined all the other accusations, Euroradio's correspondent Vital Ruhain informs from the court hall.
Uladzislau Kavalyou confessed in the blasts from 2000 till 2002. He did not confess in Vitsebsk blasts of 2005, refused from his testimony given during the preliminary investigation, and denied concealment of the tire jack. Also, he admitted guilt in failure to report about the 2008 blast. However, Kavalyou denied that he had bought trotyl and passed it to Kanavalau. He also failed to confirm the testimony on the metro blast, given before.
A break has been announced in the trial till September 16.
