Lukashenka discontented with Russia’s reminders about democracy

Alyaksandr Lukashenka’s visit to Kazakhstan is over. Speaking to the teachers and students of Eurasian National University, the Belarusian leader made a number of high-flown statements.

In particular, he claimed that Europeans and Americans had to refuse from erroneous stereotypes and outdated approaches. Lukashenka noted that he was sure that cooperation with the USA as the leading state of the world was essential. According to him, Belarus is EU’s key partner in the field of transit of freights, goods and passengers.

Lukashenka expressed his discontent in connection with Russia’s remarks about democracy. “Lavrov keeps making statements about human rights or democracy. And I think: “You can't talk!”, - reports BelTA quoting Lukashenka.
