Lukashenka makes Minsk Mayor and province governors MGs
The state leader has made the decision on November 3.
The military ranks have been given to officials because they are also heads of the security councils of the corresponding regions, notes BelTA. In particular, Alyaksandr Lukashenka notes that Mikalai Ladutska, head of Minsk City Executive Committee, has the right to organize territorial defense maneuvers after he informs the state leader about it.
Alyaksandr Lukashenka has also noted that Minsk should organize territorial defense maneuvers every year in one of the provinces.
