Lukashenka thinks it was possible to negotiate with Gaddafi and Mubarak
He has claimed it in an interview with the Venezuelan TV channel "Venezolana de Televisión".

Alyaksandr Lukashenka noted that zones of the U.S. and EU influence existed in the world. "However, there are zones where they do not exercise any influence and it would be good to turn them into zones of our influence. It would be great to rewrite history and to put the "Arab arc" under control", - noted the Belarusian leader.
According to him, the events in Libya and Egypt did not lead to the expected result. It was possible to negotiate with Mubarak and Gaddafi. It will be very difficult to negotiate and even talk to thepeople who have come to power in these countries, noted Lukashenka.
