Major earthquake in Iran: at least 40 killed
There may be hundreds of victims, experts think.
An M 7.8 earthquake hit south-east Iran on Tuesday, April 16. Over a thousand houses have been destroyed. The earthquake was felt in the neighbouring states – Pakistan and India.
