Ministry of Information warns “Narodnaya Volya” and “Nasha Niva”
Both editions have been warned about the inadmissibility of violating the Mass Media Law.
The reason for the warning pronounced to “Nasha Niva” was the publication of “false information about the fact that one of the victims of the terrorist act remained at the station until night on April 11”, - explained the Ministry of Information to BelTA.
“Narodnaya Volya” was warned in connection with distribution of information that did not correspond with reality and spoilt the business reputation of the Belarusian State Broadcasting Company. “The fact of distribution of such information was registered by the Supreme Economic Court on April 13, 2011”, - informed the Ministry.
