Police detain all suspects in beating handicapped person in metro
They are in the Partyzanski district police department now. The checking materials will be passed to the Investigatory Commitee.

to the information provided by оnliner.by, Artur Zh., who was previously misidentified
as one of the suspects, was also delivered to the police department with the
three suspects. The policemen apologized to the youngster.
Yesterday it became known that a handicapped person was badly beaten in the
metro. All the suspects were filmed by the observation cameras.
