Rymasheuski, Nyaklyaeu, Fiaduta and Palazhanka to stand trials together?
The ex-presidential candidate Vital Rymasheuski has stated such an opinion in a conversation with Euroradio.
Rymasheuski: "I've read testimonies of Fiaduta and Nasta Palazhanka (in the framework of his case - Euroradio). It is highly likely that we will be united in one case. The same thing with Nyaklyaeu. We will sit together on the so-called "convicts' bench".
Let us remind you, Vital Rymasheuski's accusation was re-qualified in accordance with a new article, the same as Uladzimir Nyaklyaeu's, Aliaksandr Fiaduta's and Nasta Palazhanka's. At the moment, they are accused of "coming out to the traffic way, blocking of the traffic movement and creating obstacles in the work of public institutions". Rymasheuski admits that there are grounds to accuse him of the above.
Rymasheuski: "In accordance with the current Criminal Code, there are some grounds to accuse me under this very article. The question is, and everyone realises it, that this case is totally political from the start".
According to Rymasheuski, this "mild" accusation could also be appealed. However, he says, there won't be much sense in that.
